Job Summary:
The Business Services Entry Professional for the Division of Reproductive Sciences in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Colorado, School of Medicine is responsible for providing administrative support for the faculty, staff, research services professionals, and postdoctoral fellows/trainees in the Division. The Business Services Entry Professional will be responsible for day-to-day activities within the Division, ensuring support of the Division's, Department's and School's mission and goals.
This position will be required to build and maintain professional relationships with faculty, fellows, and staff while subscribing to the philosophy of a team approach. The candidate for this role possesses project management skills, effective analytical and problem-solving skills, works well under pressure, and can handle complex and concurrent tasks.
Supervision Received: Reports directly to the Division Administrator
Supervision Exercised: N/A
Work Location: Hybrid – this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 3-4 days per week on campus.

The hiring range for this position has been established $51,437-$65,428.

- Coordinate catering when needed
- Schedule meetings for internal and external participants
- Manage conference room reservations assigned to the Division
- Process facilities requests
- Ensure DRS suite is kept clean and organized at all times
- Manage recruitment interview scheduling, tracking and candidate dispositioning for faculty and research Services Professionals.
- Perform procurement functions including travel card, procurement card, purchase orders and associated budget management (speed type audits/reports, allowable expenditures, etc.) for the division, including travel arrangements and reimbursements for all DRS members
- Participate in organized training and meetings to learn new aspects related to the job and retain current information on research, academic policies and procedures, and general campus operations.
- Responsible for Reproductive Sciences Seminars, Journal Club, Fellows Chalk Talk including scheduling, catering, itineraries, creation of promotional materials, room reservations and travel coordination for external speakers, honorariums and expenses tracking.
- Maintain office supplies inventory; anticipate needed supplies; place orders; verify receipt of supplies
- With the needed training provided, Business Services Entry Level Professional for the Division of Reproductive Sciences may provide backup support and assistance to other departmental administrative support staff.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in business, business administration, finance, accounting, education, social sciences, public administration, communications, or a directly related field from an accredited institution.
- Substitutions: A combination of education and related experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree on a year for year basis, but not for the required experience.
